Production Technician – Custom Products
Fully Promoted is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role focused on creating high-quality customized products for businesses. If you enjoy working with your hands, following established processes, and taking pride in producing quality work, this could be a great fit.
No previous production experience required — we provide hands-on training for individuals with the right attitude and work ethic.

What You’ll Do
- Operate specialized production equipment to create and customize products
- Perform hands-on, repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Prepare materials and products for production according to established procedures
- Follow work orders and standard processes to ensure accurate, on-time production
- Verify colors, product specifications, placement, and quantities to meet customer requirements
- Perform quality checks throughout production and inspect finished products for accuracy
- Monitor equipment and identify potential quality or production issues
- Prepare, organize, and package completed customer orders
- Receive shipments, organize inventory, and move materials as needed
- Keep equipment and the production area clean, safe, and organized
- Learn and use basic production software as needed
- Support overall production operations and assist teammates to meet daily priorities
What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks for extended periods
- Ability to follow established procedures, instructions, and safety standards
- A steady work pace while maintaining accuracy and quality

- Good organizational skills and ability to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to recognize errors, ask questions, and address issues before they affect finished products
- Comfortable using computers and basic software
- Basic math and reading skills for interpreting work orders and product specifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, printing, machine operation, or order fulfillment is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person!
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for approximately 90% of the workday
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the workday
- Ability to handle, position, and inspect products and materials accurately
- Ability to safely operate equipment and handle materials following established procedures

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
